残念なお知らせですが、業績の悪化により店舗をいくつか閉鎖しなければなりません。

Our department was instructed at the management meeting to cut back our budget by ten percent.
我々の部門は、10％の予算を削減するように経営会議にて指示を受けました。

Fact is that this company will go under unless business improves.
実際のところ、経営が改善しなければこの会社は行き詰まるでしょう。

We’ve been preparing to sell off all the factories overseas and negotiating a price with some local companies.
弊社は、海外にある全工場の売却に向けて準備を進めており、現地の複数の企業と価格交渉をしています。

It seems that some of the investors are putting pressure on management to break up the company in order to improve share value.
株価改善のために会社を分割するようにと、一部の投資家が経営側に圧力をかけているようです。

The management has just announced that they have decided to spin off one of the largest divisions to simplify the business structure.
さきほど経営陣が発表したのですが、企業構造の簡素化のために最大部門のひとつを分社化することに決定したとのことです。
